I think courtesy is just using "Nissan motorsports" like instead of "Nissan performance", while Nismo is a company which stands for nissan motorsports. In courtesy's Nissan motorsports site, they have a link for Nismo bushings, Nismo is a company and the Nissan motorsports is just the name of the page on their site.
